Overlook Design, Overlook Profits. Simple as That.

Design comes first, not after the Extra Budget

When people hear “Moonscape Design Studio,” most assume it’s another Design Agency.

I can already hear it:

“Oh, you can create logo?"

"You can make pretty apps and websites? ”

Sure, I can do those things. But that’s not why Moonscape exists.

Don't worry, I’m not here to bore you with lofty ideas about how “design will save the world” or preach that “design theory is the future.” (You’re welcome.)

Instead, I want to share why Moonscape exists and what makes it different.

The old-school crowd still doesn’t get it: design isn’t just about looking pretty — it’s a Profit Driver.

For too long, design’s been treated like a cherry on top, a simple ‘finishing touch.’

But we, the designers know the truth. We’re the problem-solvers, the strategists, the ones who turn complexity into clarity and ideas into action.

Everything is about design—top to bottom. From the way we style our hair to the clothes we wear, the gadgets we use, and even the shoes on our feet.

Design isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s embedded in everything we do, shaping how we experience the world.

But here’s the kicker: most people still think design and profit don’t go hand in hand.

That’s what I want to show the old-school folks—that they’ve been wrong about design all along.

Why call it Design Studio?

Because I believe design is the tool to help businesses grow and thrive in the market.

And yes, I’ll say it: I want Moonscape to succeed while staying true to the word “Design.”

Because it’s not just a job — it’s the core of everything I do.

How the Studio works?

Think of Moonscape as a Creator’s Hub. I don’t just sit around waiting for someone to tell me what to do. Instead, I dive headfirst into the fintech world, hunt for the problems overlooked by others, and design the tools to fix them.

We’re market-first, not client-first. That means the work starts with real needs—not some wish list handed over by someone who thinks they already have it all figured out.

Why We Exist (and Why We’re Different)

Most design agencies? Order-takers. Client walks in, says, “Here’s what I want,” and the agency builds it—no questions asked, even if the idea’s a dud. (No offense, but we all know this happens.)

That’s not how I work.

People don’t come to Moonscape with a laundry list of tasks. They come to collaborate.

Together, we create something meaningful—something that actually solves problems and makes a difference.

Here's how it all goes down

Step 1: Spot the Gold

Every great product starts with a great problem. I don’t just sit around waiting for inspiration to strike—I go digging. Whether it’s finding gaps in the fintech world or partnering with someone who’s already onto something big, the goal is simple: uncover problems worth solving.

No vague brainstorming sessions, no chasing trends—just real-world issues that need real solutions.

Step 2: Build the MVP

Once we’ve nailed the idea, we get to work on the MVP — the simplest version of the product that’s ready for real-world testing.

Design? Done. Development? On it. User testing? Absolutely.

The goal? To make sure this thing actually works before it goes anywhere near a big launch.

Step 3: Sell the Vision

When the MVP’s good to go, it’s time to pitch. We’ll help you craft a killer pitch deck, find the right investors, and make sure your idea gets the attention—and funding—it deserves.

Step 4: Share the Success

Here’s the part I love: we don’t just hand off the work and say, “Good luck!” We’re in it with you. We work on a revenue-sharing or equity basis, so when your product grows, we grow too.

Moonscape isn’t about doing the work for you—it’s about building it with you. That’s what makes it different.

How do We Aim to be Profitable?

The current business model is aimed to balance creative freedom with financial sustainability.

  1. Product Launches Build MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), test them in the market, and sell or license them to companies hungry for proven fintech solutions.

  2. Funding Partnerships Collaborate with startups, VCs and investors who believe in Moonscape. They fund the product ideas, and we share profits from the successful launches.

  3. Strategic Redesigns For the right partners, I take on redesign projects that fit Moonscape’s mission. It’s not just about making things look better—it’s about delivering measurable business impact.

When I say, “We go beyond design,” I mean it. I believe profit follows purpose. If we create real value, success will take care of itself.

Sounds tough, right?

While writing this, I attended 4 networking events this week and last, chatting with founders, potential investors, friends, and family.

Guess what? 90% of them think I’m going to fail.

“Too much work to do.” "You're too naive and ambitious" "You don't know anything!"

"You don't have a 50 pages of business plan."

“You're bad with numbers.” "You're wasting your time and money!"

HAHAHAHA!

Honestly? That 90% fuels me, and I'm actually grateful for them saying all this. I’m still open to anyone telling me, I'm not good enough. ✌️

Nothing gets me more excited than proving them, I can learn, I can do it—and making sure the 10% who believe in me feel very glad they did.

Let’s go, Moonscapers!!!! Wooooooo!!!!

What's Next?

Stay tuned—I’ll be continue sharing everything.

This edition is all about making it clear what I want Moonscape to be.

Next, I’ll take you through the process of making it happen—step by step, rejection by rejection, until it all comes together.

From how I set up my company to the endless tweaks I’ve made to my business model (seriously, I lost count—and it’s still evolving today).

I want to stay flexible and open-minded because, hey, if washing toilets could earn me a million US dollars a year, why not?

If I ever dive into that business, I’d call it Moonshine Design & Cleaning Co.—because even toilets deserve to sparkle like the moon! With smart design, we can make the whole pooping experience enjoyable—proving that design can elevate any business!

It’s going to be a ride, so buckle up, Moonscapers!
