We are seeking 3 talented Product Designers to join our growing team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experiences and drive business results.

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.

2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

3. Design user interfaces and experiences for fintech products and applications.

4. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements.

5. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech or related industries.

2. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight timelines.

Nice to have:

1. Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment, managing multiple priorities.

2. Familiarity with working with industry-specific data and tools.

3. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting operational platforms.
